The journey to a career in Real Estate took Carrie through various professions and meaningful opportunities. Her previous experience as an educator, director of children’s ministries, and small business owner has provided the tools for a positive and effective REALTOR®. Furthermore, over the past 25 years, Carrie has held many volunteer leadership positions. She brings financial sense and the ability to make things happen with honesty and integrity to every real estate transaction. Carrie guarantees excellence in care and service and getting you the best deal possible. Carrie enjoys spending most of her free time with her family and supporting her daughters in their various activities. When additional time allows, Carrie enjoys decorating, traveling, spending time with friends and watching football – live or on television with her husband!

Rick Martinez is the Broker and co-owner of Golden Crescent Realty and is also a Certified Residential Appraiser. Rick has been licensed as a since 2006 and received his Broker's license in 2008. Rick moved to Victoria in 2010 after serving the public school system for 28 years. His successful career included work as a teacher/coach, Assistant Director of Technology, Coordinator of Technology Programs, Director of Technology, and Assistant Superintendent in charge of Technology Programs. He has served on the board of directors for the Texas Computer Education Association as an area director, Secretary, Vice President, President, and Past President. As an educator, he was recognized as the Technology Coordinator of the Year, in 2001, and was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award for the Advancement of Technology in Education, in 2009. Rick has also served on the board of directors for the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). In December 2015, Rick was presented the REALTOR® of the Year Award for the Victoria Area Association of REALTORS®. Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors for the following: Victoria Area Association of REALTORS - TAR Director and Education Chairperson, Past President (2017), President (2016), Vice President (2015), Director (2012-2014)

Amber is a Texas native through and through. She was raised in the popular hill country town of Marble Falls. Real estate for Amber became an incremental part of her formative years. As soon as Amber could walk, she was immersed in her family's real estate photography business. Amber took a break from the family business to attend Sam Houston State University. There she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administrator. While studying at Sam Houston State, Amber became very familiar with her soon-to-be new area of home - Montgomery County! After finishing school, Amber worked as a loan officer, learning the interworkings of home financing, creative funding options, and how to move a file through closing. This only sharpened her skills as a future real estate agent and it was at that point she knew she would be of great service to the industry! Amber is happily married to, Zach a custom home builder, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children. Amber's an avid creative director in her home life through crafting, photography, and culinary arts. Amber is well versed and ready to provide her vast skillset to her client's transactions! Amber knows she brings a wealth of knowledge for the clients' benefit through her growth in real estate, loan processing, and understanding of construction/custom home building. A middle child of five, I was born in Sinton and grew up in Portland, TX. After high school, obtained a degree in Interior Design from Bauder College in Arlington. After school, went actually in to property management for several years. During that time, met my husband Garry and we were married in 1985. We have lived in Tampa, Phoenix, & Bakersfield before settling in Victoria in 1992. We got involved in the community while raising our boys. I spent nine years on staff at our church (Parkway) and the year our youngest was graduating from high school in 2006, I obtained my Real Estate license.
