I have lived in Brazoria County the majority of my life. I am a member of Brazoria County Board of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service, Houston Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.

My experience has taught me how to listen, negotiate, communicate, pay attention to detail, as well as patience and tenacity when necessary.

She lived there for thirteen years, graduated high school, learned about different cultures and worked for her dad in the manufacturing and selling of Jewelry and the business side of being an entrepreneur. While living in Belize She learned how to speak Spanish fluently. At the young age of seventeen She managed a sandwich shop and tutored Spanish on the side. She has always been a go getter and a self-starter. When Sarah moved to the US, she began working for a major jewelry company and offers more than eighteen years of experience in retail sales, management and customer service. She successfully managed multi-million-dollar units during her time in the jewelry industry. She has a passion for people and Is customer serviced obsessed. So much so, that in 2018 her store received "The Customer Service Award" for her classification. She is a problem solver, and her top priority is and will always be the satisfaction of her clients. Liz Herring is an experienced realtor whose focus is her clients. She wants her clients to have a memorable buying or selling experience. She strives to keep things simple, provide clear communication, and facilitate smooth transactions. Liz is highly organized and detailed. She focuses on the right price for her clients, seamless transactions, and being there when her clients need her. She always picks up her phone and responds quickly to emails. Liz works with buyers and sellers in Brazoria County and Galveston Island. She started her career in Galveston where she lived before moving to Brazoria County. She works with first time homebuyers, buyers upgrading or downsizing, and vacation home buyers. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Marketing Degree and of University of Central Oklahoma with a Masters in Education. She grew up in real estate with her father as an investor and her mother as a broker.
