He attended the University of Texas Austin, has over Twenty years experience in the customer service industry, and is skilled in remodeling homes. His extensive customer service experience and craftsmanship make it easy for him to relate to any customer and better understand their home buying needs. Wendell specializes in the sale of resort beach and bay properties on Galveston Island's West End. Wendell also has extensive knowledge in the beachfront condominium market. After a successful sales career in the technology industry, he relocated to Galveston in 2004 and made the professional change to real estate sales. Wendell's success is grounded in his ability to carefully listen to his clients and exceed their expectations. His ultimate goal is to make sure all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally. He served on the Board of the Galveston Association of Realtors as the 2014 Treasurer. He was President-elect for 2015 and served as President in 2016 when Galveston hosted the state wide Texas Association of Realtors Summer Conference. Wendell serves as Regional Vice President of the Texas Association of Realtors for 2018 and 2019. Wendell and Carol live in Jamaica Beach where they enjoy boating, golf carting, walking their dog on the beach and spending time with friends. But all of that is trumped by visits from their four grandchildren during which they explore the Island and enjoy all that Galveston has to offer.

Dakota Garcia has real estate in her blood! She's a second-generation Realtor® who combines her love for the real estate industry with her passion for marketing. Before real estate, Dakota was in the Marketing Department for Yaga's Entertainment, Inc. The advertising skills that she learned in that position have crossed over into her real estate business – both traditional and digital skills. Dakota earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University, and with this foundation, she places an emphasis on stellar customer service and thorough communication.
