Glenn was born and raised in Texas and has lived in the Arlington area for more than 45 years. Glenn received a degree in business from UT Arlington. He and his wife, Laurie, are active members of St Barnabas UMC and serve there in various functions. He is a member and past president of Arlington West Rotary.
