Knowing what, when, where, why & how is just the beginning of a PCS…not to mention all of the variables such as spouse is TDY or deployed, children in school, children and adults with special needs, pet needs, vehicles and the list goes on and on. Irene has paired her experiences with her knowledge of San Angelo and as a military spouse to be the voice for families in finding their home away from home. Being available to those stationed overseas, late night/early morning calls due to time differences, countless visits to potential homes, with video chats to accompany the information to the buyers. Arranging and rearranging showings, negotiating price, amenities, extras and repairs on behalf of the sellers.
