Ryan is focused on serving clients through all aspects of buying and selling land, small and large ranches, hunting properties and recreational tracts. His passion, commitment, and enthusiasm have driven his real estate career and allowed him to provide top-notch service to his clients.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Ryan attended Texas A&M University where he received an athletic scholarship to play football for the Aggies. Originally from Austin, he moved to College Station in 2009 to get a great education and pursue his passion for football. Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Sciences with a minor in Sports Management. During his time at A&M, Ryan had many memorable moments including being a part of history by moving into the Southeastern Conference and beating number-one-ranked Alabama, as well as defeating Oklahoma in the 2012 Cotton Bowl.

In addition to his team's accomplishments, Ryan etched his name in the history books, where he holds career and season records for both receiving yards and receptions at Texas A&M. Ryan was named to the Big XII Academic Honor Roll three different years, and once to the SEC Academic Honor Roll. In 2012, during his senior year, Ryan was voted by his teammates to serve as team captain. After completing his collegiate career, Ryan was drafted in the 6th round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals.

The transition from football to real estate has come naturally for Ryan. His knack for helping and working with others, his perseverance, and his high level of accountability have translated well in the real estate world. He is focused on putting each of his clients in a winning situation.

Ryan has an unsurpassed passion for the great outdoors. When he isn't working with clients, you can usually find him hunting, fishing, golfing or merely just being outdoors. He also enjoys being a member of the Bryan Rotary Club and serving on a committee for the Texas Wildlife Association.

For more than 24 years, Katie Compian DeHaven has been a vital asset to the B/CS real estate community, and she has helped countless buyers and sellers make the most of their financial goals. Katie is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she earned a degree in Leadership and Development. For Katie, real estate isn't just a business or a career; it's personal. She has also earned the Platinum Club Award for RE/MAX of Texas from 2015-2020 and again in 2022. She has earned a spot in the Top 500 for RE/MAX of Texas from 2015-2022. Katie has a passion for giving back to the community in which she lives, and she puts her ample knowledge to work to serve others. She is a Texas Realtor Leadership Program graduate of 2016 and she has served for over 6 years on the Bryan / College Station Association of Realtors MLS Board of Directors. She was selected to serve for 5 years on the Grimes County Appraisal Review Board. She currently spends her spare time serving as Vice President for Voices for Children Brazos Valley, volunteering for Make-A-Wish Foundation, elected as the Secretary/Treasurer for the BCS Regional Association of Realtors MLS Board, and elected as Vice President of the Grimes County Health Resource Commission, and Secretary of the Iola Cemetery Association. She is very active in her church, volunteering as the Children's Church Director and has served several years as an advisory member of her church business committee. Katie is an active participant in Iola ISD District and Campus Improvement Committees. She enjoys politics and serves on the BCS Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs committee. She was chosen as one of the Texas Realtor Legislative contact liaisons for State Rep. Ben Lehman during his term.

Katie resides in Iola with her husband Michael and her daughter Zoe. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, reading, and listening to podcasts, cooking, and trying new restaurants!
